Yes, most of it. Card meanings, horoscopes, zodiac profiles, sign compatibility, the lunar and retrograde tools and the astrology calculators are free without an account. Eight everyday tarot spreads are unlimited; the twelve deeper spread guides are free to explore, while their complete private readings require a clearly priced one-time purchase or Mystic Premium. The birth chart opens its core sections free, and your personal daily reading covers seven days either side of today.

Mystic Premium is an optional membership at $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. It opens complete birth charts, unlimited deep tarot spreads, chart comparisons and extended personal forecasts, and lifts the free limits on the tarot journal and saved charts. It renews automatically until you cancel, and the exact price and renewal date are shown before you pay.

From your account, in one click, at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it needs no phone call or email. The full terms are in section 9 of the terms.

A person writes them. The love, career and compatibility readings are written by hand for the question you send — nothing in them is generated automatically — and each is delivered to your account and by email within 24 hours of payment. If anything would delay one past that window, you are told before it closes and can take a full refund instead of waiting.

The full birth chart report, the synastry report, Your Year Ahead and the twelve-month transit calendar are calculated by the site's astronomical engine rather than written, and open as soon as the payment is confirmed. A bundle opens the right to each of its reports at once, and each report is generated when you enter the birth details it needs.

Every purchase carries a 14-day guarantee: if a report never arrives, arrives late without notice, cannot be opened because of a fault on our side, is charged twice, or does not contain what its product page described, it is refunded in full — and that last one has no time limit. Yes, until your report is generated or your reading is finished. Consumer law gives a 14-day right of withdrawal, and it ends early when you ask for immediate delivery and confirm at checkout that you understand this, which every purchase here asks you to do. No account is needed for the free tools. One is created automatically when you buy something or save a result. There are no passwords: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.

Yes. Birth details are encrypted in the database, never shown on a public page, and never sold or shared with advertisers. You can export everything the site holds about you, or delete your account, from your account settings at any time. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is processed and why.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach MyMysticDay. Prices are in US dollars and are total prices: as a German small business under § 19 UStG the site charges no VAT. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.

No. The astronomical positions are calculated and can be checked against any ephemeris, but the interpretations are symbolic material for reflection and entertainment. Nothing on MyMysticDay predicts events or replaces medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; the disclaimer explains the limits.

No reading, report or interpretation on MyMysticDay is generated by artificial intelligence. The calculations are arithmetic run on the site's own servers, and the written readings are written by a person. If an AI-assisted feature is ever introduced, it will be clearly labelled where you use it.

Every review is read and checked by a person before it is published, and nothing appears automatically. Reviews are never bought, rewarded or written in-house, and critical reviews are published on the same terms as positive ones. The reviews page explains how it works.
