Treat today as one clear move rather than five partial ones. The first quarter moon tends to surface the trade-off you have been postponing, and choosing consciously costs less than drifting. Friday is held by Venus, favoring repair, pleasure, and the relationship you have been meaning to tend. Mutable signs adapt quickly, so the risk is not rigidity but scatter; keep one thread running through the changes. None of this is a prediction; it is a frame you are free to disagree with.
Love
Passion is easy for you today; patience is the part that will be remembered. Being clear about what you want is kinder than hoping it is obvious.
Career
Take the initiative you have been waiting for permission to take. If a task has moved three times without progress, it needs a different shape, not more willpower.
Money
Avoid solving a mood with a transaction today. Separate what is urgent from what is merely loud.
Well-being
Burn some of this energy deliberately so it does not spend itself on irritation. Sleep is the intervention with the highest return today.

The sky on September 18
What was actually overhead
On September 18, 2026 the Moon stands at 21°38' Sagittarius, a first quarter at roughly 47 per cent illumination. The Moon is in Sagittarius itself today, which happens for about two days a month and tends to make the sign's own themes louder than usual. The Moon moves about half a degree an hour and changes sign every two to three days, so this particular alignment is short-lived by definition.
Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and today Jupiter is at 17°17' Leo. A sign's ruler is the planet its themes answer to, so where that planet sits is a better guide to the texture of a day than the sign alone.
One body is currently standing in Sagittarius's own thirty degrees: Moon at 21°38' Sagittarius.
Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are retrograde on September 18, 2026. None of those is this sign's ruler, so they describe the general weather rather than anything specific to these four weeks.
Every position on this page was computed on MyMysticDay’s own servers for noon UTC on September 18, 2026 — lunar and solar longitudes from the series in Jean Meeus’s Astronomical Algorithms, planets from NASA JPL’s Keplerian elements. The methodology page publishes the tolerances. The full sky for September 18 lists every body.
Your own chart, not your sun sign
This page is one twelfth of the sky. Your chart is all of it.
A sun-sign horoscope divides everybody alive into twelve. The same engine that computed the figures above can measure that day against the exact degrees you were born under — which planet was touching which of your own placements, and how close.
