Treat today as one clear move rather than five partial ones. The waning crescent asks for less output and more recovery; rest here is preparation, not avoidance. Friday is held by Venus, favoring repair, pleasure, and the relationship you have been meaning to tend. Your mutable flexibility lets you change approach mid-task, which works best when the destination stays fixed. Treat any of this as a question to sit with rather than an instruction to follow.
Love
Say the direct thing, then leave room for a reply you did not script. One specific question will tell you more than a week of interpretation.
Career
Lead with the decision, and let the explanation follow it. Ask for the decision instead of waiting to be handed it.
Money
Enthusiasm and spending sit close together for you; put one night between the want and the purchase. The cheapest version that genuinely solves the problem is still the right answer.
Well-being
Your body is asking for output, not more input. Lower the bar until the habit is possible, then keep it.

The sky on October 9
What was actually overhead
On October 9, 2026 the Moon stands at 2°07' Libra, a new moon at roughly 2 per cent illumination. The Moon is in Libra today, which is neutral ground for Sagittarius — the day takes its character from what you bring to it more than from the sky.
Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and today Jupiter is at 21°05' Leo. A sign's ruler is the planet its themes answer to, so where that planet sits is a better guide to the texture of a day than the sign alone.
Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are retrograde on October 9, 2026. None of those is this sign's ruler, so they describe the general weather rather than anything specific to these four weeks.
Every position on this page was computed on MyMysticDay’s own servers for noon UTC on October 9, 2026 — lunar and solar longitudes from the series in Jean Meeus’s Astronomical Algorithms, planets from NASA JPL’s Keplerian elements. The methodology page publishes the tolerances. The full sky for October 9 lists every body.
Your own chart, not your sun sign
This page is one twelfth of the sky. Your chart is all of it.
A sun-sign horoscope divides everybody alive into twelve. The same engine that computed the figures above can measure that day against the exact degrees you were born under — which planet was touching which of your own placements, and how close.
