The shape of today is set early, so choose the first task deliberately. A waxing crescent rewards steady follow-through: the idea you protected last week is ready for its first real step. Friday is held by Venus, favoring repair, pleasure, and the relationship you have been meaning to tend. Mutable signs adapt quickly, so the risk is not rigidity but scatter; keep one thread running through the changes. Use what is useful here and leave the rest — you know your context better than any chart does.
Love
Say the direct thing, then leave room for a reply you did not script. One specific question will tell you more than a week of interpretation.
Career
Speed helps here; only the final review needs to be slow. Close one open loop completely before opening the next.
Money
Back the thing you will still be committed to in three months. Treat any large decision as reversible only if you have checked that it is.
Well-being
Your body is asking for output, not more input. Put one boundary in writing so you do not have to defend it twice.

The sky on October 16
What was actually overhead
On October 16, 2026 the Moon stands at 29°32' Sagittarius, a waxing crescent at roughly 30 per cent illumination. The Moon is in Sagittarius itself today, which happens for about two days a month and tends to make the sign's own themes louder than usual. The Moon moves about half a degree an hour and changes sign every two to three days, so this particular alignment is short-lived by definition.
Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and today Jupiter is at 22°13' Leo. A sign's ruler is the planet its themes answer to, so where that planet sits is a better guide to the texture of a day than the sign alone.
One body is currently standing in Sagittarius's own thirty degrees: Moon at 29°32' Sagittarius.
Venus, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are retrograde on October 16, 2026. None of those is this sign's ruler, so they describe the general weather rather than anything specific to these four weeks.
Every position on this page was computed on MyMysticDay’s own servers for noon UTC on October 16, 2026 — lunar and solar longitudes from the series in Jean Meeus’s Astronomical Algorithms, planets from NASA JPL’s Keplerian elements. The methodology page publishes the tolerances. The full sky for October 16 lists every body.
Your own chart, not your sun sign
This page is one twelfth of the sky. Your chart is all of it.
A sun-sign horoscope divides everybody alive into twelve. The same engine that computed the figures above can measure that day against the exact degrees you were born under — which planet was touching which of your own placements, and how close.
